Order Procedures

1,Send an e-mail to us contain the following information:

* SHOES ID and SHOES SIZE from our website?   Quantity you want?

* Your contact details (Full name,Address,Zipcode,City,Country and Telephone)

2,We will send u a confirmation email after we get your order.

3,Send the payment name to us

4,After we confirm the payment,we will send out the shoes by door to door Express mail in 3 days.

5,We will email the tracking number to you  after we send the shoes.

6,Give us feedback after you get the shoes.

Payment Procedures
All goods must be paid in full before anything is shipped. We will accept bank accounts, western union. All funds must clear the bank before anything is shipped.

Delivery time:

Usually,we will send the goods within two working days after we get the payment. Once we ship out the shoes,we will provide you  with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 3-5 working days for the shoes to travel to UK, 5-7 working days to North America and 7-9 working days to other areas.

Return  policy:

If u r not satisfied with our shoes,u can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders.. pls make sure it's in unworn and unused condition and original packaging.     When return, pls write on a paper and put in the parcel so we know from u: the item number (same as in our website) and your email address.

Customs policy
   For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will be safe to deliver. But if there have an exception, such as, your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not then, we will refund the value of shoes to your next order, but the shipping fees is not fefundable. If the package have problem in Chinese customs, we will resend all, you will not need pay any other charge.

All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.
